Winter2025 Guest Applications...
The old hard copy booking application forms are no longer available as PDF or DOC downloads - they have been replaced with an online application form available by clicking the PROCEED button below. Applicants need to specify a Full Member who will support their booking application.
Applicants are encouraged to complete this booking application form, and submit it, online. However, for maximum accessibility, the form is formatted so that it can be printed, either before or after completion, for submission by scanning and email, or posting in snail-mail.
Important!
Submit ONE form for each booking and set of guests. Bookings for different dates must be on separate forms. The preferences are to indicate alternative dates for the one booking if your first preference is not available, not for different booking application dates.
